The completely bogus Zappa vs Sinatra test
I have recently been playing with V8 Javascript interpreter - if only because I really dislike JS's syntax. The reason was CoffeeScript, which is more palpable to me.

Soxer WORKS again. New version release is 0.9.12
The previous bug was severe. It was impossible to upgrade to Sinatra 1.2.3.

A major rewrite of functionality, many new functions added
Soxer has matured once more. Atom feeds, Discuss discussions, Google ads, Google analytics and sitemap.xml functionality has been completely integrated. Methods for invoking and placing partials (which are now a part of soxer distribution) have been added.

Minor fixes in URL treatment
http://www.formalibre.si has shown a slight glitch in treatment of links created by "link_to" function. Currently only http and https are supported, but that will change in the future.

First preliminary benchmark
I have quickly benchmarked Soxer with httpref.
The results are (needles to say) less then stellar. Fortunately, the bottle seems to have the neck positioned well above 1,000 records, so I have some time.
